The pandemic has closed the doors of our churches. The implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine affects the church services, the public evangelism campaign, and the training of making disciples. People turned to Hope Radio Philippines – Butuan and the Hope Chanel South Philippines for worship.
After a month, through the effort of hardworking volunteers and the support of the leaders of the church, Northeastern Mindanao Mission begins its humble online worship called “Hope at Home.” The online streaming started with a very slow internet, a borrowed camera, with some personally owned computers. With God’s help, the message reached the people. It is a strong voice that connects people and worship.
The Adventist Media Caraga was formally organized with Pr. Cirilo S. Ba-al as chairman, Pr. Lonie D. Cena as program coordinator, and Bro. Ian Baal as the technical director. Adventist Media Caraga continued to produce evangelistic campaigns, music, webinars, and bible studies every day with the intention to be an instrument of proclaiming God’s message.
