Matthew 6:30<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>One day, a church member asked his pastor, \u00a0 \u201cPastor,\u00a0 is the verse that Matthew 6:30 mentioned reliable?\u201d the pastor said,\u00a0 \u201cWhy?\u201d the Pastor\u00a0 was\u00a0 astonished as he looked at his member of his church one worship day. \u201d It seems that this passage is not so relevant at all\u201d.\u00a0 You know Pastor,\u00a0 a\u00a0 family friend of mine during one of their fellowship in their church,\u00a0 together with his wife and their only daughter\u00a0 were so very active in participating the program.\u00a0 During the worship service,\u00a0 the daughter led the congregation in singing and the mother accompanied with her at the organ.\u00a0 The father was also doing his task\u00a0 as the president of the said fellowship.<\/p>\n<p>After the worship\u00a0 service, the young people were again pleading to let the family stay for the social gathering. The family\u00a0 agreed and they were there enjoying the games and the\u00a0 marching,\u00a0 the so called\u00a0 \u201cvegetarian dance\u201d. On the following day, Sunday while the family traveled by motorcycle to visit their farm,\u00a0 they were\u00a0 hit by a four wheeled van at the rear part of their motorcycle and it caused the loss\u00a0 of his beloved treasures, his wife and his only daughter.\u00a0 They\u00a0 died in that incident. Where is the promise that is written in that passage? . . .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe more surely cares for you?\u00a0 won\u2019t he more surely care for you?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you are the minister, how would you answer that question from someone in your congregation?<\/p>\n<p>The truth is,\u00a0 no body is\u00a0 exempted of the pains and sufferings\u00a0 in this world even death.\u00a0\u00a0 Even the righteous will experience loss, pains and all the possible happenings that will happen to mankind. Jesus Christ said,\u00a0 we are all partakers of His pains and sufferings in this world but there is hope of eternal life when we have Christ in our hearts. We should praise God for it and someday He\u2019ll make it plain to us why things happened.
