In August 2021, Hope Radio Philippines-Butuan celebrates its 10th anniversary of service & kindness by the grace of God with the theme “Celebration of Hope”. As pandemics arose, mass gatherings are banned such as concerts, anniversary programs, and other events that would bring joy to our kapaglaums. On this very month, Hope Radio Philippines-Butuan heartily decided to celebrate its 10th year by broadcasting an evangelistic program with different speakers for 4 Series starting the month of July every 6:30 to 8 PM.
In July, The Series 1 was held on Hope Radio-Butuan’s announcers’ booth, while streaming it on Northeastern Mindanao Mission & Hope Radio Philippines Butuan’s Facebook page with a simultaneous live broadcast on DXIM 93.5 FM. The first series has three speakers, Pastor Ruel Arrogante, HRP Production Manager, Pastor Rafael De Domingo, NEMM Ministerial Secretary, and Pastor Roger Jimenez, NEMM Stewardship Director.
On the second week of August, Series 2 continued the Celebration of Hope with Kapaglaum Vyn & Kapaglaum Eson as the hosts. It was then blessed with an inspiring speaker for a one-week duration with Atty. Rex R. Rosas, Planned Giving & Religious Liberty Director and Legal Affairs Coordinator of South-Asia Pacific Division. On August 15-21, Kapaglaum Heavender welcomed Series 3 as the evening Host. The third series was filled with timely and relevant topics with Pastor Heshbon D. Buscato, the Communication and Public Affairs Religious Liberty Director of the South Philippine Union Conference as the speaker. On the very last week of Celebration of Hope, Kapaglaum Din hosted Series 4 for a week with Dr. Bienvenido Mergal, the SSD Vice President for NDR-IEL as the speaker, who left so many lessons & reminders every night.
