Northeastern Mindanao Mission in Region XIII of the Philippines is privileged to have gospel crusades conducted by foreigners coming from USA. For four consecutive years certain evangelist named Carl Joy conducted crusades in 4 cities in this region namely in Mangagoy Bislig City, Bayugan City, Cabadbaran City and recently in Surigao City last September 22 to October 9, 2010. Surigao City baptized 107 precious souls.
Carl Joy is a very energetic person, made all his presentations every night carefully prepared. He is very optimistic that his effort would really reap good number of baptism with the help of the Holy Spirit. He was encouraged and excited doing his presentations every night. Because of his dedication in doing God’s work every year he volunteered to come to Northeastern Mindanao Mission to conduct an Evangelistic crusade to hasten God’s return.
